New Features/Status on Long-Term Work
PROD-454 | Hard Break Configuration: This allows users to implement a “hard break,” meaning regardless of the machine state, the break overrides the machine settings so there is no variance in break times. Manual Entry Enhancements: Previously there was no way for operators to see the previously entered items. Now those items can be seen using Chrono view. |
PROD-419 | Shearers would like the ability to retain the root cause of downtimes that are automated by PLCs when operator enters a manual reason from the whiteboard. Downtime reasons codes collected from the machine (via PLC input) are now labeled as the "root cause" and can be viewed on the Pareto Report. |
