Click Create New Dashboard to generate a blank dashboard canvas.
Select the correct Data Source, and then title this dashboard “Starter Dashboard - <your name>” so we can keep track of it later. Click Create.
This is your dashboard interface.
In the middle is where you will be putting widgets (you can think of these as bar charts, pie graphs, data tables, etc.).
On the right side of the screen is your global filter panel (we will add to this shortly):
First, let’s add a simple widget.
Click Add Widget to open the quick widget panel.Let’s begin with a simple metric. Click Select Data, and then type in “OEE”.Make sure “123” is selected, and then click Advanced Configuration.
Click the “123” to convert this number into a percentage, and then confirm your changes with the OK button.
Click Apply to apply your first widget to your dashboard.
