You can add a downtime reason from many views. In this example, we are using the Hourly View.

  1. Open the Whiteboard

  2. Select the Hourly View for the machine you want to add a downtime reason to

  3. Find the hour when the downtime occurred

  4. Click on the grey box that shows the downtime as shown below

  5. Select a downtime reason from the dropdown list, select time duration, and click save.

The fastest way to return to the homepage from any view on the whiteboard is just to click on the Shoplogix logo on the top left corner of the whiteboard.

To navigate shift history, simply use the navigation arrows located at the top right and left corners of the screen. Keep track of the shift name and date easily from the top center section of the screen.
