Gaps between timestamps make them look like missed or duplicate checks. The timestamp field has added new fields to clarify the checks.

Some customers faced issues with Whiteboard where when accessing a view, it loads the URL but not the page. The page loads only upon a manual refresh. The issue is resolved.

Missing machine level settings, Prevent Automatic Setup is now be an option when you edit a machine state and Allow Zero Cycle Factor is an option on the Part Counts tab.

Turning on Snap to Shift fails to load data upon saving, it also prevented comments from rendering. The issue is resolved.

The comment bubble on top of the downtimes do not line up with its corresponding line item. The comment and line item items are also different. The issue has been resolved

Hard Break Configuration: This allows users to implement a “hard break,” meaning regardless of the machine state, the break overrides the machine settings so there is no variance in break times.

Manual Entry Enhancements: Previously there was no way for operators to see the previously entered items. Now those items can be seen using Chrono view.

Shearers would like the ability to retain the root cause of downtimes that are automated by PLCs when operator enters a manual reason from the whiteboard.

Downtime reasons codes collected from the machine (via PLC input) are now labeled as the "root cause" and can be viewed on the Pareto Report.
