By following below listed instructions, you can easily navigate and interact within the app, access relevant information, and manage your personal settings effectively
Logging In:
Enter the name of your server/domain in the login box provided.
your “server/domain” is the first part of the URL that you would usually use to log into Shoplogix on the web. ( For example, if the web URL is "demo.shoplogix.com," enter "demo" in the text field )
Click the "Login" button to access the Plant Server.
Getting Help or Providing Feedback:
If you need assistance or want to give feedback, click on the "Need Help" link.
Plant View:
After logging in successfully, you'll see an overview of all the plants.
Click on any Plant name to explore the machines in that plant.
Searching for Plants/Machines:
If you want to find a specific Plant or Machine, just type its name in the search bar [1].
User Options:
Click on the User Icon to access user menu with additional options [2]:
Change Language: Choose your preferred language [a].
Logout: Sign out the User from the current Plant server [b].
Navigating Within Plants:
Use the forward arrow button to drill down into different sections like Plant → Line → Area [3].
Alternatively, click on the Plant name to view all machines under that Plant directly.
Interacting with Machines:
In the Machine view, you can:
Sort machines based on different metrics.
Customize Area Settings:
Including Visual codes for machine status (e.g., Live status or OEE%).
Define targets for each color code (Red, Yellow, Green).
Enable/Disable specific metrics for machines.
Personalized Settings:
Your color codes and area settings are unique to you and won't affect Shoplogix Whiteboard or other app users for the same Plant.
Click on Reset to Default button in area setting view to change the settings back to default state
Viewing Machine Metrics:
Click on any machine to view its detailed metrics and status.
Detailed View:
Click on Detailed metrics button to proceed with detailed view.
The detailed view shows the current machine status [4] and key KPIs [5] .
At the bottom of the screen we have current hour chrono chart. To have a full screen view of the chrono chart, click on the full-screen button in the current hour display [6].

By default it would display current hour only, click on magnify icon to view the entire current shift [c].
To go back on detailed view screen click on minimize button [d].
Please note the number in/above Green color Production Bucket highlights the Good Production while the number below brown color bucket highlights the Scraps/Rejects Counts.
