Last 7 days
This example shows how to organize a machine’s OEE results by shift, last 24 hours, last 7 days. You can use this as an example to customize metrics to meet your company’s goals.
Setting Up Your Widget to Organize Data
First, a Pivot widget has to be set-up in order to organize data by shift, last 24 hours, and last 7 days.
Create a new widget by selecting the Add widget button on the top right corner of the screen.
2. Select Advanced Configuration on the bottom-left of the New Widget window.
3. Select the downward arrow on the widget type menu on the widget configuration panel on the left side of the screen.
4. Select Pivot. This is a type of table that can organize metrics based on other classifications.
5. Add any field you wish to see the data of be organized by shift, last 24 hours, or last 7 days. This example will be organizing data of Machines.
Now that you have set-up the Pivot widget, let’s go over how to use this widget to organize data by shift, last 24 hours, and last 7 days.
Organizing Previous Shift Data
Select the Add button on the rows section in the Pivot widget type
Search for Shift Recency and select it to add to Rows
3. Hover over the Shift Recency field on the left side widget configuration panel. This will reveal a funnel icon to filter field values, select this icon to filter the shift time values.
Filtering Shift Recency to See Data for the Last 24 hours
After selecting the filter icon a Filter Shift Recency menu will appear. Under the List tab ensure only Last 24 hours is selected.
Press OK to confirm changes.
Now you can customize your widget to your company goals. This example looks at the machine’s OEE for specific shifts for the last 24 hours. Select Apply to confirm changes.
Filtering Shift Recency to See Data for the Last Week
After selecting the filter icon a Filter Shift Recency menu will appear. Under the List tab ensure only Last 7 days is selected.
Press OK to confirm changes.
Now you can customize your widget to your company goals. This example looks at the machine’s OEE for specific shifts for the last 7 days. Select Apply to confirm changes.
Congratulations! Now you can filter shifts by last 24 hours and last 7 days. Let’s go over how to see data related to only shifts.
Organizing Shift Data
To organize only shift data, select the Add button on the rows section in the Pivot widget type.
Search for Shift Name and select it to add to Rows.
Make sure there are no widget filters that will filter your shift results. This can be seen on the right side panel.
Now you can customize your widget to your company goals. This example looks at the machine’s OEE based on Shifts. Select Apply to confirm changes.
Congratulations! Now you can organize by last 24 hours, last 7 days, and shift.
