How to Export Comments

In the search box, entering ‘#’ or “comment” will organize all comments by date and machine. Downloading and exporting all comments as a CSV can only be done from the Homepage search by clicking the paper icon.

Method #2: using the browser, use this URL:
https://saas7.shoplogix.com/web/api/export/summary?start=20221201&end=20221215&metrics=comments&groupBy=(Machine,Plant - pick 1)&format=xml&(areas=85or&machines=GUIDs...)

For example:
For all machines under the Grand Rapids area from Oct 1st -> Dec 15th:
https://saas7.shoplogix.com/web/api/export/summary?start=20221001&end=20221215&metrics=comments&groupBy=Plant&format=xml&areas=27

*If the page does not load, you have to go into the WB first, open it, and tweak it.

Once the XML is loaded, right-click on the browser, click Save As... give it a name, and then save the XML. Open Excel and then import the XML for easy formatting.

Excel side: Click on the Data tab and then From Other Sources, select XML Data Format

Output files are in the case comments.
