How to Log out of the Analytics Portal and Whiteboard

Logout Instructions

To receive altered or elevated permissions in the Shoplogix system you must fully logout before the changes will take place to your account.

Sometimes a browser gets ‘stuck’ and won’t log you out when you close the browser. 

Steps

1.

Open your Shoplogix window at {Your URL}.shoplogix.com/whiteboard

 

2.

Open the Analytics portal at portal.shoplogix.com

 

3. Log out of the analytics portal

 

4. Log out of the whiteboard

 

5. Log back in.
