Email Time Stamps
The shoplogix Shoplogix Analytics Portal servers that prepare and deliver the automated email reports run in UTCdefault to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). So you will see a time stamp like this one:

These time stamps are in UTCin GMT. For the above screenshot, you can see that the Report time is 7:30 EST, but the data source is in GMT.
Troubleshooting
If you are seeing unexpected times, and the minutes are correct but your hours are incorrect, your machines have a time zone issue. Please reach out to your customer success contact. The most likely cause is that your machines have not been explicitly assigned time zones.
