In the search box, entering ‘#’ or “comment” will organize all comments by date and machine. Downloading and exporting all comments as a CSV can only be done from the Homepage search by clicking the paper icon.

Method #2: using the browser, use this URL:

For all machines under the Grand Rapids area from Oct 1st -> Dec 15th:

Once the XML is loaded, right-click on the browser, click Save As... give it a name, and then save the XML. Open Excel and then import the XML for easy formatting.
Excel side: Click on the Data tab and then From Other Sources, select XML Data Format
Output files are in the case comments.
