How to Log-In
Open the app on your device. In the provided text field → enter your server/domain, which is the first part of the URL that you would usually use to log into Shoplogix on the web. ( For example, if the web URL is "demo.shoplogix.com," enter "demo" in the text field )→ Tap the "Log in" button.
Note: Each customer/plant will have a dedicated server/domain. If you do not know yours, please contact Support@shoplogix.com.

Customizing KPIs in Your Area View
1) Navigate to any area from the tree view
2) Press on the top right gear icon
3) You can change the area settings
a) Visual: Change the color code either by live status of machine or by the current shift OEE %
b) Target: Define Percentage threshold for different colours(Red ,Yellow, Red)
c) Metrics: Enable or disable the metrics that you want to see upon drill into specific machine

How to drill into the detailed machine view
1)Press on the desired machine → This will expand the “machine card” to show its KPIs
2)Press “Detailed Metrics”
3)The “Machine View” will open, displaying basic KPIs for that machine, along with a chronological timeline of machine states.

Do My Company's Default Whiteboard Settings Apply to the App?
- No, the “Company Default” whiteboard settings for your company do not apply to the app. You can customize the app's settings separately. Any customizations made to the app’s settings will apply only locally on that device, stored in the device’s cached data.
Are There More Metrics We Can View?
- Yes, additional metrics can be enabled in the app’s area settings, and we will continue to expand them over time. If you have specific metric suggestions, you can submit a New Feature Request (NFR) for consideration.
How to Submit NFRs for the App
To submit a New Feature Request (NFR) for the app, follow these steps:
1) Visit this URL on your browser or mobile device https://slxdev.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5/group/9/create/39 .
2) Fill out the request form, providing details about the feature you'd like to see.
3) Submit the form, and our team will review your suggestion.
Note: you can also navigate to this portal via the app, by pressing the “need help” icon on the login screen or inside the user menu of the app.
