Introducing the New Operator View: Streamlined Performance Monitoring and Customization

Designed with both operators and management in mind, the Operator View offers a comprehensive solution for monitoring performance, entering key root cause data, and customizing data display—all in real-time. Let's explore how it works and the benefits it brings to your operations.

Navigating to the New Operator View

Accessing the Operator View is simple. Just click on any machine and then click on the “Operator” icon.

Downtime Reason Entry

Operators now have three convenient ways to add downtime reasons:

  1. Pareto Component: By clicking on downtime bars, operators can assign a downtime reason and its duration.

  1. Chrono Component: Downtime reasons can be assigned directly by dragging through downtime sections and adjusting durations.

  1. Flashing Button: For continuous downtime, operators can utilize the flashing button to apply a reason for the entire duration.

Scrap Entry

Operators can effortlessly enter or edit scrap using two methods:

  1. Pareto Component: Edit the total scrap count and scrap reasons for current shift scrap.

  1. Production Buckets: Edit the scrap count and reasons for specific timeframes.

Jobs in the Operator View

Operators can view and manage current jobs through the job bar in the chrono component. They can hover over or click on a job to access detailed information and start jobs by dragging through the corresponding machine state directly in the chrono component.

Customization

One of the standout features of the Operator View is its customization options:

  1. Time: Users can configure the duration of displayed data and the duration of each production bucket.

  2. Gauges: Customize the number and type of gauges shown, with color indicators for performance metrics.

  3. Display: Tailor what information is displayed in the Operator View to meet specific needs, with the ability to set company defaults for standardized operator focus areas.
