Shoplogix follows the official OEE calculation standard. However, it may vary from customer to customer. Depending on the view and timeframe, the values are edited and filtered for the particular display.

You can add a downtime reason from many views. In this example, we are using the Hourly View.
Open the Whiteboard
Select the Hourly View for the machine you want to add a downtime reason to
Find the hour when the downtime occurred
Click on the grey box that shows the downtime as shown below
Select a downtime reason from the dropdown list, select time duration, and click save.
You can add a scrap reason from many views. In this example, we are using the Hourly View.
Open the Whiteboard
Select the Hourly View for the machine you want to add a scrap reason to
Find the hour when the scrap reason occurred
Click on the green box that shows the machine state as running
Select a scrap reason from the dropdown list, select the number of scrap units that occurred in that hour and click save.
The fastest way to return to the homepage from any view on the whiteboard is just to click on the Shoplogix logo on the top left corner of the whiteboard.
To navigate shift history, simply use the navigation arrows located at the top right and left corners of the screen. Keep track of the shift name and date easily from the top center section of the screen.
