We have 5 machines in a plant not showing data on the whiteboard but the XMLs files in the server are showing data starting 1/4/2021 at 8:22 central time. we have 2 machines in the same server, same connector PC showing data on Whiteboard

Issues with split screen design

First, when redirected to authentication site https://identity.shoplogix.com/ the user entry field is not in focus (it is in focus on any other single design screen).

Then when I select it and type credentials it does not come back to the original URL, it comes back with https://closures.shoplogix.com/split/ only.

When customer is using Arabic language the dashboard does not load the chrono and production bars. The dashboard loads the data in English but just not for Arabic.

Attached video showing how navigating through the whiteboard in English loads the dashboard correctly. When switching to Arabic Dashboard does not load the chrono and production. Developer Tools show Error 500 & 404.

Unable to translate manual boolean switches on the whiteboard. Everything remains in English even if you put the french language translation in the custom file see attached screenshot.

Coveris would like the speed, PPM/PPH etc, calculations to only include Total production while machine is running and not include production when machine is in setup or manual downtime. This is causing the actual runspeeds to be higher than what the machine is actually running.

Link below shows a runspeed of 233PPM but machine was running a maximum speed of 227PPM. The production during the idle time was added to the total production for the timeframe and skewed the actual runspeed.
