The new layout view is not updating consistently when receiving Page signals from OPC tags.

The Paging is delayed when it should be real-time, the layout view doesn’t refresh consistently and when I compare a TV display to my computer the view isn’t the same. My computer will update quicker than the TV.

This issue is affecting AJM Packaging who is in a pilot phase and looking to go to a multi-plant subscription.

• Fixed: Pages should display immediately on the layout view.

When a page is activated by an OPC signal, the starting time is 4 hours on the layout view. On the hourly view, the page shows 54 minutes, while on the Layout View, the Status is “Active for 4.1 hours”

• Fixed: The Layout view should show status starting at zero.

We have an issue where machine status is changing without data being sent.

Machines are changing from 'Planned Downtime' to 'Tool Change'

• Fixed:

  • Setup Variable Created with 1 or 2 setup reason edits, and Downtime variable created with setup stop Checked: When Downtime Variable with Setup Stop is Selected after a Setup Reason1 then Downtime Variable should appear or if the machine is producing Running Status should appear

  • Setup with 1 setup reason, downtime edit that's not setup stop: When Setup Reason is selected and then Downtime reason is selected, then after the next Machine signal ,Setup Reason is appearing

We have gaps in the Shoplogix. We are producing more parts then we can see in the Shoplogix especially during two first hours.

• Fixed: Production counts are associated to the time received without a 2 hour delay.

B8 Bagger not displaying the Machine local time in Dashboard. Only the first Time load shows Incorrect Data, if refreshed the data pulled is in the Correct timezone.

• Fixed: The top clock should be in local time. The data should be in machine time.
