Please navigate to your email inbox as you will receive a welcome email which contains important information for your Shoplogix experience, including your dedicates SaaS server and relevant links.

Now, that your account has been validated, you should have access to the following Shoplogix engines:


Whiteboard

 

 

The Whiteboard is our real-time engine that allows you to access live data. Recommended for data no older than 90 days.

 

 

 

You can access the Whiteboard by navigating to your dedicated saas server - it will be included in your welcome email. E.g. saas101.shoplogix.com or acmecorp.shoplogix.com

Analytics Portal

 

 

The Analytics Portal is our reporting engine that allows you access to your company’s historical data. Recommended for data older than 90 days.

Help Center - Jira

 

 

 

 

This is our ticketing engine which allows you to submit requests to Shoplogix. If you have access to this service, you will receive a separate email to activate your JIRA account. In this web portal, you will be able to log in and monitor your tickets.

 

 

 

 

 

Here are some useful shortcuts: to Open a new support ticket, Request a New Feature, View your open tickets, and View all open tickets - or at least the tickets you have access to.

 

The Help Center - Jira is only available to registered users. If you feel you need to log tickets in Jira, please contact the Shoplogix support team.
