Clicking on an Ended, Pulled, or currently Running Job will open the Job Settings Window. Any changes made to these settings will only affect that Job.
Clicking on a Saved Job will bring up the Job Settings Window to modify the Job template and this will affect all future Jobs.

After changing desired settings and values, press the Save button.
