PNE-2747	https://slxdev.atlassian.net/browse/PNE-2747 PEConfig - Saving Variables Does Not Persist VariableID When dealing with machines such as Red Lions that use VariableID to map their signal to a reason name, we use Variables with a <VariableID> element that contains the signal id. This tag is not being saved when using PEConfig variables tab to edit and save variables.
