NFR

NFR’s are “New Feature Requests” that have been submitted by our customers. The ShopLogix team will periodically review requests from customers and evaluate each request. The request status will be modified once reviewed and the team will make a decision based on the feasibility of the feature, the usefulness to other customers, and alignment with the overall product roadmap direction. If you have any questions or concerns about your request, please speak to your support or sales rep. The following table summarizes the status definitions:

The feature is not being considered. If this feature is an urgent request or a much needed feature, please speak with your support or sales rep.

NO HORIZON

There is no timeframe for the feature to be implemented. If this feature is an urgent request or a much needed feature, please speak with your support or sales rep.

REVIEWING

The request is being reviewed however further input is required to clarify the request.

UNDER CONSIDERATION

The request is being considered in the roadmap.

PARKED/FUTURE CONSIDERATION

The request is being considered in the longer term.

REFINING AND APPROVAL

Reviewing and refining requirements. The request is pending approval.

DEV QUEUE

The request is in the development queue .

IN PROGRESS

The request is being developed.

WAITING FOR RELEASE

The request is developed, but it has not been released to customers yet.

CLOSED

The request is complete/resolved.
