Digital Andon in the Analytics Portal

Page history/data from the Digital Andon module can be retrieved in the Analytics Portal. Items such as number of pages, page times, pages per department can be displayed in a dashboard.

 Instructions

To retrieve historical paging data:

1. Access your Shoplogix Analytics Portal site. SLX Analytics Portal - Support Home

2. Create a new dashboard or select the dashboard where you would like to display the information.

3. Select the +Widget button to create a new widget.

   Open

   

    

4. Click the +Data button.

   Open

   

5. Type in the word “Page” to find the various fields for the digital andon historical data.

    

6. Select from the various “page” fields where historical paging entries can be selected to create your custom dashboard.
