How to Change Action Plan Statuses

The Action Plan Portal has a Status graph to help you track your stages for a resolution. For example, once you define an action plan’s Corrective Action, the status will change to 50%.

After your Corrective Action has been implemented, click the Status icon to change its state to Corrective Action Implemented.

Once you and your team verifies that an Action Plan is complete, mark its status as Verified.
