How to use Advanced Search

On the Homepage or Machine/Area Level whiteboard,  hover over the magnifying glass in the search box to view field, group, and operator options.

  • Downtime Reasons can only be searched from the Area Analysis(area level) / Hours Summary (machine level)—not the homepage

  • Search for a grouping by putting ’#’ in front of the #comment search words

  • Use quotation marks for exact results

  • Combine fields and groups using operators

In addition to view field, group, and operator options, users can access What’s New and Action Plan by clicking the “?” icon. When one is chosen, a pop up window will open to provide guiding information for users to quickly learn about new and existing features.
