How to Edit the Machine Chrono/Hour-by-Hour Whiteboard View

From the Machine Chrono view, there are many different viewing options that can be chosen from the settings menu. To access this menu, click on the settings icon in the top right corner to open the Settings Window. Clicking on any of the settings in this window will show the available options. The Target and Gauges settings are the same as the Area Analysis (Area Level Whiteboard) and Machine Hourly (Machine Level Whiteboard) windows. Time and Display are new terms in the window in Machine Chrono.

Time:

  • Clicking on the Start and End times will open a calendar to choose the time interval for viewing—this will change the Duration setting or vice-versa.

  • Bucket determines the time allotment seen in the production, target charts, and gauge. By default this is set to 5 minutes.

Display:

  • Hide Jobs will hide the jobs bar which describes jobs completed or running in the selected time period.

  • Hide Production will hide the production bars.

  • Hide Loss will hide the colored percentage breakdown of losses.
