How to Use the Layout View

The Layout screen displays each machine within the selected area and the progress of the current shift that is being viewed. The default metrics underneath each gauge will cycle through:

  • Time Elapsed

  • Time Remaining

  • Parts Made / Target Number—Percent Goal

  • Percentage Uptime

Clicking on any gauge in this view will direct to that machine’s Production Summary (“Meeting” in Navigation Bar). The larger parts of the gauge represent the part of the shift that has elapsed. The colors have the same meanings as indicated in the legend.

  • The status update under the machine name displays the current status of the machine and how long it has been occurring.

  • The colors along the thick part of the circle show the same data as the production counts.

  • The current state is defined by the color of the rest of the thinner part of the circle figure.
