Welcome to our advanced feature designed to elevate your quality monitoring experience – Quality Status Visibility within the Layout View. This feature empowers plant floor supervisors and quality assurance teams to seamlessly monitor the status of quality checks for machines on the line, ensuring efficient production and comprehensive proactive quality management.

Accessing Quality Statuses

  1. Navigate to the Layout View: Dive into our user-friendly interface by selecting any line and clicking on the "LAYOUT (NEW)" button. Instantly immerse yourself in a visual representation of your production line, laying the foundation for comprehensive quality monitoring.

  1. Customize Your View: Tailor your experience by adding machines as needed. Whether from the "Removed Items" section or utilizing the "New Component" button, effortlessly incorporate all relevant machines into your Layout View, ensuring no aspect of your line goes unnoticed. Please refer to How to Use the Layout View (BETA) for more information on customizing the machines in the Layout View.

  2. Quality Status at Your Fingertips: With a simple click on the "Quality" radio button, unlock a wealth of information regarding the status of your machines' quality checks. Witness real-time updates that empower you to make informed quality control decisions swiftly and effectively.

Empowering Insights: What Quality Status Colours Mean

  • Drive Success with Green Status: Indicates that all production or ad-hoc checks for the machine have been completed and passed. This status resets when a job is started/ended/pulled or when a shift is started.

  • Workflow Progress with Orange Status: Signifies that some active checks are in progress, while others have passed or are also in progress. Ad-hoc checks are ignored in this status.

  • Swift Action with Red Status: Showcases that there has been at least one failed or expired check, including ad-hoc checks. This status also resets under specific conditions, similar to the green status. The machine will display the details of the last occurred failed or expired check in a banner.

  • Strategize with Grey Status: This status indicates that there are no recent active production checks of any kind for the machine. Even if ad-hoc checks are configured but remain incomplete, the machine will still appear as grey.

Real-world Application

Situation 1

  • "Carla Valton" has a green status, indicating all checks have passed.

  • "Other Jared" has a red status due to at least one failed check, with the details of the last occurred failed/expired check in a banner.

  • Machines without recent active production checks are shown in grey. These machines may still have incomplete ad hoc checks configured.

Situation 2

  • "Carla Valton" is in orange, indicating active checks in progress.

  • "Richard Kendricks" and "Other Jared" are in red due to failed checks, with the details of the last occurred failed/expired check in a banner.

  • Machines without recent active production checks are shown in grey. These machines may still have incomplete ad hoc checks configured.
